Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech The US CMFT Regional Marketing Analyst will support product and portfolio marketing for the Craniomaxillofacial and Thoracic (CMFT) business in the United States, based in West Chester, PA.  This role will support the development and execution of strategic alliance initiatives through the analysis of business performance, customer service metrics, and logistics operations. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Alliance Partners to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for: ·       Strategic Alliance Management Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic partnerships against established objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support the execution of alliance initiatives by tracking performance, identifying trends, and recommending actions to drive business growth. Partner with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to identify opportunities for market expansion, process improvement, and enhanced customer engagement. ·       Customer Service Analytics Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports and dashboards that provide visibility into service performance and customer experience metrics. Analyze customer service trends and identify opportunities to improve responsiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. ·       Logistics & Supply Chain Performance Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and operational capabilities.
