Location: Malta Job Title Installation Helper Key Responsibilities Assit lead mechanic to Install and Modernise lifts, escalators, and travelators and work to the highest safety and environmental standards while meeting service targets. Ensure timely completion of defects identified during service / handing over inspection in coordination with the Project Manager. Identify process improvement opportunities and help facilitate continuous improvement to satisfy the customers of your processes. Maintain company tools, equipment, and materials properly and safeguard such property. Perform work in accordance with the relevant lift industry codes and standards and maintain and work to the Quality System. Comply with the company's Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures, including reporting any conditions that may impact on the environment or any employee. What You Will Need To Be Successful Have a Electrical/Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent. Min 2 years work experience as a Construction Technician. Have Working at Heights, Rigging and Dogging experience. Hold a valid driver's license Enjoys communicating with various stakeholders at different levels and working closely with others in the field. Has the ability to perform knowledge transfer on information and skills through training. Able to plan and prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
