People Analytics Specialist (m/f)

Job Description & Summary We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical People Survey & People Analytics Specialist to join our Human Capital / People Analytics team.   This is a hands-on specialist role with a strong focus on employee surveys, people analytics,   reporting   and data enablement. You will support recurring survey processes,   maintain   and further develop analytics outputs, contribute ideas to the People Analytics   agenda   and help increase the impact of working with data across the HR function and beyond.

Support the end-to-end delivery of employee surveys, including setup, respondent lists, demographic mapping, testing, launch, monitoring, reporting, data quality checks, dashboard access management and support in preparing management board-ready presentations.  Maintain, update and further develop recurring people analytics outputs, Power BI dashboards, dataflows, reporting files and data workflows, using Alteryx, Excel and Power BI as core tools; identify opportunities to simplify, automate or improve existing workflows and reporting processes.  Support recurring HR reporting, ad hoc data requests and people analytics deliverables.  Contribute to the People Analytics agenda by bringing ideas, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting practical data-driven solutions.  Prepare and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen data literacy and increase the impact of people data; present findings and status updates confidently and constructively challenge the status quo where appropriate.    Personality requirements and skills Experience in HR analytics, people reporting, employee surveys, data analytics or a similar field.  Strong experience in MS Excel and proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, Power Query or similar), including developing dashboards, dataflows, reporting automations and workflow/data preparation; willingness and ability to work extensively with these or comparable workflow automation and reporting tools.  Experience with employee survey platforms and/or Workday is an advantage.  Interest in statistical modelling would be an advantage.  Strong PowerPoint skills and confidence preparing leadership-ready presentations.  Confidence presenting data and insights to stakeholders.  Very strong attention to detail and ownership for data quality, with a good understanding of confidentiality, data privacy and access management.  Ability to work highly autonomously, manage priorities and drive tasks forward independently.  Proactive, reliable and comfortable improving processes and challenging existing ways of working.  Excellent written and spoken English.   In today’s workplace, familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Power BI is valuable.
