You Have:    8+ years of experience performing as a scrum master, release train engineer, Agile coach, or business analyst in an Agile environment 2+ years of experience facilitating Agile events in SAFe Experience with Jira and Confluence to manage teams, tasks, events, and outcomes Experience communicating with product owners, managers, and development teams Knowledge of various Agile frameworks and met hodologies Ability to apply critical thinking to data analytics, met rics, or impediments and provide recommended solutions Ability to deliver results across multiple development teams and work streams Top Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have:    Experience leading large technical migration efforts Knowledge of AWS cloud services TS/SCI clearance SAFe RTE, Scrum, or Agilist Certification s Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
