Job Overview
The Finance Manager at P2 band level is a mid finance professional responsible for managing financial operations, analysis, and reporting for a business unit, regional office, or functional area within JLL. This role combines technical accounting expertise with business partnership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends. Financial Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure timely and accurate management reporting. Ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with accounting standards and JLL policies. Prepare management accounts, variance analysis, and financial commentary to explain performance against budget and forecasts. Present financial performance and variance analysis to management. Business Partnering Work closely with operational and commercial teams to improve business performance. Support pricing, profitability, and investment decisions. Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization. Provide financial guidance to facility lead and managers. Budget & Cost Management Monitor operating expenses and capital expenditures. Implement cost-control initiatives and efficiency programs. Track budget utilization and identify risks and opportunities. Ensure effective allocation of financial resources. Contract & Commercial Management Ensure billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition align with MSA/contract terms (management fees, burden/on-cost structures, gratuity/incentive provisions, etc.) Review and interpret contract clauses (e.g., escalation, CPI indexation, benchmarking provisions) to support commercial decisions Support contract renewals, amendments, and Adoption Agreements with financial input and risk flagging Compliance & Controls Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain and strengthen internal controls. Coordinate internal and external audits. Support tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements. Process Improvement Drive process improvement and standardization across reporting and forecasting workflows Support finance transformation and automation initiatives Stakeholder Management Act as primary finance point of contact for assigned client account(s) Regular interaction with Internal clients, leadership and corporate finance teams. Communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Key Performance Indicators.
