Team Description: As a Director in Oracle Health Core Platforms Operations, you will lead the Citrix Platform organization and the stability, modernization, and operational-health agenda for a critical customer-facing platform. You will set strategy and execution priorities across Gen1 stability, incident and CAPA follow-through, technology currency, security, capacity, Millennium health, critical projects, and Move to OCI Operations/Support handoff standardization. You will influence senior leaders and technical teams across organizational boundaries to deliver measurable improvements in customer reliability and execution discipline.
You will lead managers, senior technical leaders, and engineers responsible for operating and improving the Citrix platform supporting US and global customers. You will establish clear portfolio ownership, align teams on shared outcomes, and ensure dependencies, risks, and decisions are actively managed through closure.
This role requires a leader who can translate complex operational and technical signals into an integrated plan, remove barriers, make timely tradeoffs, and communicate progress and risk credibly to Senior Directors, VPs, and peer organizations. You will build an environment of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on customer impact.
The Director will be central to sustaining platform stability while advancing modernization. The role will drive cross-functional improvement across incident and T3 reduction, resiliency and CAPA actions, observability, Windows technology currency, OLVM burndown, security and credential initiatives, capacity reviews, and service-health programs.
Org: Leads a platform group; develops strategies and plans that standardize runtimes, APIs, and SDKs across several teams. Accountable for group results and governance adherence; makes operational decisions ensuring compatibility, security, and performance. Sponsors cross-group innovation in resilience, capacity modeling, and interoperability. Communicates with executive leadership on platform health, risk, and adoption.
