Job Description 业务赋能 40% 高效的跨部门沟通与支持，支持及渠道业务达成； 协助公立医院乔雅登进院（与各区域公立团队进院目标一致） 为业务赋能合作的全渠道商业制定可量化的考核指标以及跟进机制。 渠道管理 30% 根据公司产品情况及市场需求，规划区域渠道布局；评估区域内渠道经销商的资质、资金、配送、覆盖能力，优化渠道结构，补齐渠道空白。 100%执行商业发货目标，区域进销存管理，库存管理与公司目标一致。 管理全渠道客户，商业政策的高效、准确执行，确保返利及时； 招标管理 20% 协助公司招标部门，联动合作经销商共同推进区域招投标全流程工作。 安全运营 10% 管理经销商执行DDI数据直连和扫码，保障DDI数据上传及时、准确，产品出入库路径可追溯。 跟踪评估全渠道风险信号，如虚假流向、不实数据等，执行商业走访及按需开展风控管理。 确保区域内所有经销商合规经营，完全符合OEC,QA以及Legal的相关要求； Qualifications 教育背景 ：本科及以上，医药专业优先 行业经验 : 5年以上医药行业相关工作经验，具有外资药企、跨国医疗健康企业或大型医药商业公司背景者优先。 职位经验 : 3年以上经销商管理、渠道管理、零售管理等经验，熟悉药品和器械流通、渠道布局、产品供应、议价、招标、医院准入列名，DTP药店管理等相关流程。 有多省渠道管理工作经验和商业渠道项目管理经验者优先。 行业敏锐度及商业机会洞察力，善于发掘机会。 核心能力 : 大客户管理能力，打造沟通桥梁。 内外部协作能力，双向沟通并主导发起协作。 语言能力 : 具备良好的中文表达能力和演讲水平；具备良好的英文读写能力 电脑能力 : 熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint及常用办公软件；有数据分析、报告攥写及演示汇报能力 差旅需求 : 可接受业务需求安排出差 Additional Information AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives and serving our community.  Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
