If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Product team and help shape solutions that deliver real value to our clients and users.   In this role, you’ll serve as a critical bridge between the business stakeholders and the development and engineering teams. Your work will influence how ideas become features, how features become products, and how products deliver meaningful outcomes in a fast paced, evolving environment.   As a key member of the Product team, you will play a hands on role in defining business requirements, crafting user stories, and ensuring that technical execution aligns seamlessly with business objectives. You will lead user acceptance testing (UAT), drive iterative testing cycles, validate enhancements, and ensure that issues or defects are accurately identified, tracked, and resolved. Your keen eye for detail and strong communication skills will help ensure that every release meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.   This is a client facing and user centric role where you will engage with stakeholders, address queries, clarify requirements, and ensure that feedback is incorporated into continuous product improvements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams. Supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by testing the defined test cases, validating functionality, and ensuring readiness for release. Supervise iterative testing cycles, identifying defects, documenting issues, validating fixes, and performing regression testing as needed. Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution. Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals. Serve as one of the primary liason between business teams and engineering, providing clarifications, resolving requirement gaps, and ensuring shared understanding throughout the product lifecycle.
