As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation, and support of ServiceNow applications. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will leverage your skills to deliver tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities - Analyzing client needs to implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational efficiency - Managing ServiceNow deployment projects, confirming seamless integration and utilization of applications - Providing training and support to clients for effective use of ServiceNow software - Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for optimizing business processes through ServiceNow - Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop actionable insights - Applying configuration management techniques to maintain application security and compliance - Leveraging agile methodology to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver timely solutions - Building meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs - Guiding and mentoring junior team members in ServiceNow consulting practices - Interpreting data to inform strategic recommendations and drive client success - Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection - Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices What You Must Have - 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Functional Consultant. - Strong experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, process mapping, user stories, UAT, and stakeholder management - Bachelor's degree - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB / Asset Management, Procurement, or related ServiceNow modules. - Understanding of ITIL processes and software licensing concepts. - Utilizing Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to ethnicity; creed; color; religion; national origin; age; disability; neurodiversity; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; marital status; or any other status protected by law.
