PMO Support, Strategy and Transformation Analyst

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Work you'll do As an Analyst, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Finance Operate team, you will be responsible for… Maintaining project trackers, logs, action items, and status reports to support day-to-day PMO operations Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and following up with action owners on next steps Consolidating project updates for weekly and monthly reporting to support leadership visibility Supporting document control, versioning, milestone tracking, deliverable tracking, and governance checkpoint tracking Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, including support for access requests and other administrative needs Escalating missing information, schedule delays, and identified risks to PMO leadership, as needed A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Required : Bachelor’s degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active Secret security clearance required Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Experience supporting document control, version control, and project documentation management Experience using Microsoft Office 365 Preferred: Experience supporting government or public sector programs Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding coordination activities Experience consolidating inputs for weekly and monthly project reporting Experience supporting risk, issue, or dependency tracking
