Summary : The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for designing and developing modern, high-impact learning experiences that support workforce capability and business transformation. This role sits within the FSS Learning & Development (L&D) team as part of Business Enablement in Financial Services and Solutions, a highly collaborative, forward-thinking team focused on building the skills, tools, and capabilities that drive performance across the organization. As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in bringing strategy to life, partnering closely with L&D peers and leadership to translate priorities into engaging, scalable learning solutions that make a measurable impact. This position focuses on execution, innovation, and continuous improvement of learning experiences, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled design and digital learning, helping shape not just what learning looks like today, but where it’s going next. 1. Instructional Design & Development Design engaging, performance-focused learning solutions across multiple modalities. Apply instructional design methodologies to create effective, learner-centered experiences. Partner with subject matter experts to translate business knowledge into actionable learning. Evaluate and implement emerging tools and technologies to enhance learning outcomes. 2. Performance Consulting & Business Alignment Diagnose performance gaps and business needs with stakeholders. Recommend solutions that improve performance and results. Align development strategies to business priorities and transformation objectives. 3. Transformation & Change Enablement Enable business transformation through learning and adoption strategies. Build scalable capabilities that support evolving ways of working.
