Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech The Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads and develops a team of manufacturing engineers and technical contributors supporting daily operations, process robustness, yield improvement, equipment reliability, productivity, validation execution, technical investigations, and business-critical engineering initiatives. The role interfaces directly with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Automation, Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, global engineering partners, and other functional organizations to align resources, priorities, governance, and execution in a regulated GMP/ISO environment. The position is also expected to strengthen leadership systems for prioritization, escalation, decision making, talent development, and operational communication, while ensuring compliance with staffing governance expectations, appropriate documentation of role purpose, and disciplined approval processes before hiring or filling roles.
