Why this position is special… As a Bar & Rooftop Supervisor, you will be part of two unique concepts at Munich Marriott City West: our westhub Bar & Lounge and the Cloud 6 Rooftop Terrace. Starting in November, you will play an important role in shaping our Cloud 6 winter season, supporting the team during a new and exciting season on the rooftop. As the seasons change, so do our concepts – from winter experiences and special events to our vibrant summer rooftop season. You bring your experience, ideas, and personality to both concepts and help create memorable experiences for our international and local guests. What your responsibilities are...

You take responsibility for the operational flow of your shift and ensure a smooth and professional service. You lead, guide, and support your team on the floor, making sure everyone knows what needs to be done and feels supported throughout the shift. You keep the bigger picture in mind, even during busy periods, and respond confidently and solution-oriented to unexpected situations. You bring creative ideas to life and support the implementation of innovative F&B concepts, seasonal offerings, and special events. You actively contribute to the development of our Cloud 6 Rooftop Terrace across both the winter and summer seasons. You work closely with the Bar & Rooftop Manager, F&B Leadership Team, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a consistent guest experience. You share your knowledge and experience with the team and support our trainees in their professional development. You are present and engaged on the floor, lead by example, and actively contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You keep an eye on current beverage and hospitality trends and bring new ideas and inspiration to the team. You support our marketing team with authentic content and creative ideas for our social media channels.

What we want from you…

You have at least 2 years of professional experience in upscale hospitality, gastronomy, or a comparable F&B environment. You have already gained some experience in leading and motivating a team and feel comfortable taking responsibility during a shift. You are passionate about hospitality, high-quality beverages, and creating memorable guest experiences. You are creative, curious, and enjoy bringing new trends, ideas, and concepts to life. You work in a structured and organized way and remain calm and solution-oriented, even when things get busy. You have a strong quality mindset and high standards for both service and guest experience. You are a confident communicator and work well with different teams and departments.
