Sr Quality Engineer

Be responsible for analyzing internal and external quality data, issuing quality report, working closely with production and engineering departments, and continuously improve quality indicators. Monitor capability of new products process and establish products process control plan to support new product launch. Analyze internal and external quality problems; discuss with related departments to ensure and track effectively improvement measures and timely reply 8D report. Identify the manufacturing quality risks and timely put forward and implement the improvement requirements of the standardized work methods and quality control methods, to ensure that meet the requirements of internal and external customers. Establish and maintain quality process management system to ensure the validity and reliability of the system according to the level of QC. Identify and lead quality improvement project. Coach QE to do quality improvement project. Complete other task which is assigned by manager.

Bachelor degree or above in manufacturing,quality management or related filed; Experience in manufacturing or process quality management is preferred； Deep Knowledge of quality tools and problem solving expereience(SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP)； Deep knowledge of 8D problem solving methodology as well as 5 why, fishbone,9 causes analysis;  Fluency in spoken & written English&Chinese； All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
