The Sales Manager, Surgery - Moravia Region is responsible for leading the sales team and delivering sales results within the assigned Moravia Region. The role drives market share growth, turnover, profitability and other key performance indicators through disciplined commercial execution, strong customer engagement and effective people leadership. The Sales Manager leads, coaches and develops sales representatives in alignment with Johnson & Johnson rules, guidelines, compliance expectations and Credo values. The role translates business priorities into clear sales goals, allocates resources effectively, monitors performance and implements corrective actions when required. The position works closely with Sales Representatives, Marketing, Professional Education, Commercial Excellence, One MD partners and country or business leadership to implement annual and quarterly sales plans and deliver business objectives. Primary objectives ·        Deliver sustainable sales growth, market share expansion, turnover and profitability within the assigned Moravia Region business scope. ·        Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team in line with Johnson & Johnson standards and expectations. ·        Establish clear team and individual sales goals and ensure disciplined performance management. ·        Increase customer engagement and product presence in priority accounts. ·        Use sales data, activity insights and market information to improve productivity and business performance. ·        Ensure strong collaboration with Marketing and cross-functional partners to execute commercial priorities. ·        Manage resources, budgets, promotions and incentives responsibly and effectively. ·        Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable laws, company policies, procedures and ethical standards.
