This is a 1st Shift position: Mon - Thurs, 6:00am - 4:30pm What You Will Do: Machine Operator 1 - Ability to operate a variety of production machines. Train on the job to become proficient and certified in performing the operations in at least 2 auxiliary equipment standard work groups, e.g., Bake/Grit; PHT; Pinhole Check and Surface Roughness Analyzer. This position will require performing routine operations. Working on the production line you will produce blades and or vanes as well as perform all quality checks. These positions require shift work and ability to work overtime when needed. Perform daily standard work and perform complex operations successfully and adhere to standard work and all work instructions while performing tasks Clock labor in Solumina, perform Daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and document results Keep equipment and work area clean (5S). May be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this position in support of department objectives and to develop one’s skills - Responsibilities are not limited to the listed items above and can be changed or modified based on skill level, proficiency, and overall performance.
