Summary Projected Program Start Date: July 12, 2027   Locations: Hartford, CT; Cumberland, RI; Northbrook, IL   Starting Salary: 72,000   Sponsorship:   Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.  This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.   About this business area:   At CVS Health,   we're   committed to simplifying health care   ~   one person, one family, and one community at a time .    To help achieve that mission,   we're   looking for future finance leaders to join our   Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) .   The FLDP is a three-year rotational program designed for early-career professionals who want to build   a strong foundation   in finance while developing leadership skills at a Fortune 10 company. Throughout the program,   you'll   gain hands-on experience, work on meaningful business initiatives, and learn from finance leaders across the organization.   As an FLDP participant,   you'll   complete   three one-year rotations   that provide exposure to key areas of finance, including:   Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)   Data Analytics & Visualization   Financial Operations   Controllership Fundamentals     During these rotations,   you'll   develop skills in financial analysis,   executive communication , data-driven decision making, and   technical   expertise .   You'll   work on   real business   problems   that help shape the future of CVS Health while building a broad understanding of   corporate finance in the healthcare industry.   Successful candidates are   intellectually   curious,   have a passion for corporate finance,   and   are committed to excellence.   They   are ambitious, self-motivated   leaders   and   are   willing to learn .    We're   looking for individuals who   demonstrate :   Leadership potential and initiative   Strong communication   and relationship-building skills   Adaptability and the ability to thrive in changing environments   A commitment to continuous learning and development   Emotional intelligence and a growth mindset   Work Location and Relocation   CVS Health follows a hybrid work model that   typically   provides flexibility to work   i n the office   three days a week,   and   two days   from home based on business needs.   Program locations include   Hartford, CT ,   Northbrook, IL , and   Cumberland, RI.
