We are seeking a Software Operations Site Integration Lead for SPY-6 to help be the primary point of contact between our downstream integration sites and the Software Operations team to help ensure the successful delivery, deployment, and sustainment of high-quality software products. This is a highly impactful role in blending technical depth, leadership, problem-solving, and operational execution. This position is on-site in Marlborough Massachusetts, but there is some travel expected as part of supporting integration efforts at our Land Based Test Sites, or Ship deployments, as necessary.
What You Will Do
Conduct tag-ups with site teams to ensure software representation and alignment on operational activities. This also includes monitoring the SITREPs provided by sites to identify any pressing issues that need elevation or prioritization within the program backlog. Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for driving fault tree analyses and facilitating in-depth technical discussions. Act as the lead point of contact POC for managing and coordinating run requests to support operational and testing needs. Document and maintain detailed records of complex and unique processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members. Collaborate with leadership to effectively communicate and provide insights on site-specific issues, driving resolution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. Experience supporting deployed systems, field operations, or mission-critical environments. Experience translating field conditions and customer needs into actionable engineering tasks. Experience troubleshooting and resolving field software issues. Experience communicating/coordinating across stakeholders.
Qualifications
We Prefer Familiarity with radar systems, defense systems, or large-scale real-time software. Experience with software deployment pipelines, installation tooling, or operational monitoring solutions.
