For more information, please visit www.resilience.com Brief Job Description The Planner/Scheduler, Maintenance – IDAP is a member of the Inspection, Device Assembly & Packaging Technical Team and provides leadership and project management in executing tasks necessary for the maintenance, repair and operation of IDAP equipment and systems. This position is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities for all assets within the PET. This position requires collaboration with operations, engineers, other leaders, and OEM suppliers.
Job Responsibilities
(Including Key Result Areas, Specific Accountabilities, Tasks, Etc.) Review incoming work requests, clarify the work scope, and determine the priority of the requested repair. Create work instructions, estimate work duration, and identify any special tools, drawings or procedures needed. Identify, order, and kit parts required for completion of work orders. Schedule and assign work activities to others. Communicate priorities and work progress to team members. Ensure Preventive Maintenance is completed on all assets within the PET. Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to monitor work order backlog, track assets, update equipment history, and manage spare part inventory. Review repetitive equipment breakdowns, evaluate existing PMs for effectiveness, recommend and initiate activities to increase equipment uptime. Coordinate repairs during site shutdowns with Engineering, Operations, vendors and other site teams. Develop and revise standardized job plans. Ensure work order documentation and all required transactions are complete. Collaborate with cross functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
High School graduate, vocational school graduate or equivalent mechanical trade school graduate Prior experience in a regulated production environment, specifically responsible for equipment maintenance and performance. Strong leadership and relationship management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expertise in at least one of the following: automation/ controls, aseptic/ packaging equipment, process/materials, maintenance, validation, and project delivery Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced team environment. Preferred Background Extensive experience in Maintenance or Technical Documentation CMMS background knowledge Experience with continuous improvement methodology – LEAN, Six Sigma, TPM or equivalent Ability to challenge and adapt current approaches/ways of working Sponsorship or support for work authorization, including visas, is not available for this position.
