Senior Manager, Business Transformation (Continuous Improvement)

This role is responsible for leading Lean Business Transformation by employing Lean Business System standards across an assigned regional area to improve operational performance. Drive operational process rigor across end-to-end value streams creating sustainable positive impact across Patient Services, Laboratories, Logistics, and other key functions. Develop and directly lead a portfolio of Lean initiatives to improve productivity and costs across operational business processes and sub-processes, and drive increase in revenue. Drive the development of a continuous improvement culture by demonstrating and coaching stakeholder teams on Lean Six Sigma principles and toolkit.

This is a Hybrid position. The incumbent must reside in a commutable distance to one of our offices in Tampa, FL, Tucker, GA, Greensboro, NC and Miramar, FL.
