This includes working with our industry-leading Desktop Interop platform or helping to scale our Metals, Energy or FX Trade Automation streams. Internal About the Role Role & Responsibilities Lead the design and development of modern full-stack applications across Capital Markets, with a focus on React/Node.js applications and Java services. Build polished and highly functional user experiences using React and TypeScript. Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Node.js and Java/SpringBoot. Work directly with business stakeholders, traders, and end users to gather feedback, refine requirements, and help shape the product roadmap. Actively contribute code, participate in code reviews, and help drive technical design decisions across the team. Coordinate development efforts and provide technical leadership across multiple projects and initiatives. Debug production issues quickly and effectively, while improving long-term maintainability and platform stability. Ensure our platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, and extensible. Mentor junior and intermediate developers, while promoting engineering best practices across the team. Develop a strong understanding of capital markets workflows and deliver technology solutions that provide meaningful business value.
