Your Impact
As a Lead Cloud Systems Engineer within OpenText's Directory Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the enterprise directory and identity platforms that power services across the organization. You will contribute to the delivery, maintenance, and optimization of Active Directory, DNS, identity management, and cloud infrastructure solutions, helping ensure reliability, security, and scalability. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will apply your technical expertise to solve complex infrastructure challenges, support modernization initiatives, and drive operational excellence through automation and best practices.
What the Role Offers
• Deliver, support, and maintain enterprise-scale Active Directory, DNS, identity management, and cloud infrastructure services.
• Leverage automation technologies such as PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible to streamline operations and improve service efficiency.
• Partner with global teams on infrastructure upgrades, domain migrations, cloud integrations, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Support a broad technology landscape including Windows Server, Linux, VMware, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, OKTA, Infoblox, and Zabbix.
• Contribute to infrastructure standards, system documentation, monitoring, patch management, and security best practices.
• Develop your technical expertise while working alongside senior engineers on complex enterprise infrastructure challenges.
