Role
We are looking for a highly accomplished and strategic Executive Assistant (Remote) to partner with and support the SVP of Worldwide Alliances & Channels within our Global Sales organization. This individual contributor role provides critical administrative and organizational support, ensuring seamless execution, high-impact coordination, and operational excellence. Our general and administrative teams are foundational to our growth, and this role helps nurture our amazing culture and work environment, ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions for the world’s cloud security leader.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
* Schedule calendar events for the SVP with a high level of detail, collaborating to resolve conflicts, collaborating to resolve conflicts and proactively prioritize the most critical meetings and engagements across global time zones (AMS, EMEA, APJ).
* Prepare meetings for the executive and global leadership team, coordinate briefing materials, track action items, and manage sensitive business matters with a high level of confidentiality.
* Organize internal and external events and meetings, including town halls; book conference room space, order catering, manage agendas, prepare materials, and ensure attendance.
* Manage monthly expenses and on-demand expense reports, including submitting expense reports and receipts, timely receipt submission, and compliance with corporate travel and entertainment policies.
* Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring schedules are detailed with well-articulated itineraries.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
* 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or VP/SVP-level executives in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or fast-paced technology organizations.
* Proven track record of managing global teams across multiple regions
