We are seeking a self-motivated individual with an RF engineering background who is passionate about developing digital content and knowledgeable in the latest AI/ML trends and technologies. This is an onsite position at Keysight’s Santa Rosa offices. You will work in a team environment to develop technical training content supporting advanced test and measurement solutions for cutting-edge RF and digital test applications. The ideal candidate will have an electrical engineering background, a strong interest in creating effective training materials to help customers understand Keysight’s products, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using GenAI tools is essential. You will receive comprehensive training on the latest features, benefits, test technologies, and methodologies of test and measurement equipment. With this knowledge and AI-powered tools, you will craft clear and concise training for customers. Our experienced mentors will guide you, providing invaluable insights and support. Additionally, the company offers various platforms to help you acquire the necessary skills or technologies to excel in your field. You will: Partner with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to obtain the most updated content for customer technical training. Collaborate closely with the field training delivery team to gather feedback and adjust training content accordingly.
