The Opportunity
Research Innovation is one of the newest, fastest-moving teams inside JLL Research, built to help the business work smarter with data, AI, and better ways of connecting as an organization. This role is a chance to get in early and help shape how that team runs day to day, supporting our AI tools and the people who use them, keeping colleagues informed and engaged through team communications, and pitching in on AI assistant and application projects as they come to life. It's a hands-on, high-visibility seat on a team that's still being built, ideal for someone who's energized by variety and comfortable figuring things out as priorities shift.
What You'll Do
Support our AI tooling community: help manage user access and licenses across the team's AI platforms, keep records current, answer questions on onboarding and access, and track adoption trends to spot where we can expand or reallocate use. Help power team communications: support town hall calls (prep, logistics, and follow-up materials), pull together newsletter content, create LinkedIn posts and facilitate creating content, gathering updates and drafting copy that keeps the team informed and connected. Adapt as we grow: Jump in wherever the team needs help day to day and adjust as our priorities shift. Contribute ideas & solve problems: Look for better ways to communicate, stay organized, and build team culture as we scale. Partner with team members to help solve problems and implement change.
What We're Looking For
A flexible, can-do mindset: genuinely energized by a role that changes shape as the team and its priorities grow. 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, communications, operations, or analyst-type role. Strong written communication skills: comfortable drafting clear, engaging copy for a range of audiences. Business acumen and curiosity: interest in understanding corporate structures, workflows, and how to make them work more efficiently. Possess a rigorous, analytical and growth mindset. Highly organized with an eye for detail and follow-through on recurring work. Strong executive presence: professional, polished, confident and able to communicate with senior level executives. Passion for AI tools: Direct passion and demonstrated ability to build skills and agents and comfort learning new systems quickly. Why This Role Matters This is a rare chance to help support and build a team from the ground up shaping how JLL Research communicates, adopts AI, and works together, with room to grow your scope as the team does. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 101,500.00 – 124,300.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
