You will have the objective to support the CDM for managing remotely the operation of Managed Print Services for MPS Customers finding proper balance between customer satisfaction and profitability for HP. Expected start dates are potentially in February 2027! What a Managed Services Intern does at HP: Provide support to CDMs in handling change requests and addressing customer queries. Assist CDMs in daily operations management. Facilitate CDMs in preparing operational account reviews. Manage day-to-day operational tasks and follow-up the successful completion. Participate in projects working on process reviews and process documentation under the supervision of the assigned mentor.
