Senior Engineer Facility

Responsible for overseeing facility operations and utility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. This role manages MEP infrastructure, HVAC and cleanroom systems, fire protection, DI Water and WWTP operations, while driving preventive maintenance, facility improvement projects, contractor management, and compliance with EHS and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities in your new role Supervise operation and maintenance of facility equipment and utilitysystems. Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems andinfrastructure. Oversee fire protection and fire prevention systems, ensuringregulatory compliance. Ensure reliable operation of HVAC systems and cleanroom environmentalcontrols. Manage DI Water Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)operations. Coordinate building repair, maintenance, and facility improvementprojects. Lead preventive maintenance activities and contractor management. Ensure compliance with EHS, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Engineering, or relatedfield. 5-7 years of experience in facility operations and maintenance withina manufacturing environment, Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, Fire Protection Systems, DI Water,WWTP, and Cleanroom Operations Familiar with use of building automation system Good problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder managementskills.
