Department The Human Resources department plays a critical role in managing the organisation's most important asset, its people. The function is responsible for attracting, developing, engaging and retaining talent while partnering with business leaders to support organisational growth and performance. The EMEA Human Resources team supports offices across London, Dublin, Limerick, Guernsey, Luxembourg, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, UAE and Saudi Arabia, while partnering closely with HR colleagues in the US and APAC regions to deliver a globally consistent people strategy. The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for recruitment across the EMEA region and is based primarily in Limerick and London.

Responsibilities

Generate talent pipelines for niche, specialist and high-demand skillsets across the EMEA region. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to conduct job analysis meetings and identify the technical capabilities and cultural behaviours required for success. Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using a range of direct sourcing techniques including advertising, referrals, headhunting, networking and market mapping. Identify, assess and qualify prospective candidates through CV screening, talent assessment and candidate engagement activities. Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates against role requirements and organisational values. Provide detailed candidate assessments, market insights and recommendations to hiring managers, challenging assumptions where appropriate. Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting through Talent Acquisition systems including Beamery, Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter. Gather and present external market intelligence, talent trends and competitor insights to support hiring strategies. Collaborate closely with HR Consulting, recruiters and wider HR stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. Deliver a positive, professional and candidate-centric hiring experience throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.

Skills and Experience

Proven recruitment sourcing experience is essential, preferably within an in-house or onsite recruitment environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and support recruitment across both volume and specialist senior-level hiring. Experience developing creative and innovative sourcing strategies that attract diverse talent pools. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility quickly with candidates and business stakeholders. Experience conducting competency-based interviews and making sound assessments regarding candidate suitability. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage data, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Experience analysing recruitment metrics and management information to identify trends and drive process improvements. Knowledge of, or exposure to, relevant employment legislation and recruitment best practices. Experience recruiting within Financial Services or Professional Services environments is advantageous but not
