Join our DSS – STP Digital & Sourcing team as a Associate Business Process Specialist , where you'll be instrumental in supporting strategic sourcing events and driving value through advanced analytics. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Sourcing Managers and digital sourcing experts, enabling smarter decisions and process improvements across global sourcing operations. Key Responsibilities
Support global sourcing projects (RFI, RFP, RFQ) using digital e-sourcing platforms, including Coupa Sourcing Optimization. Prepare and analyze supplier bids, perform outlier detection, and deliver scenario modeling to inform sourcing decisions. Independently execute data collection, cleansing, and reporting to identify gaps and opportunities. Collaborate with DSS e-sourcing super users to implement automation and streamline sourcing workflows. Contribute to digital improvement initiatives by defining business requirements and translating them into system configurations. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across regions to ensure alignment and transparency in sourcing activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred (in Statistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field). Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, or supply chain. Expertise in Coupa Sourcing Optimization or another sourcing optimization tool is a strong advantage. Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a continuous improvement orientation. Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital sourcing platforms and emerging technologies. Strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret market trends and cost structures. Self-starter with ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Experience in project management and process optimization is an advantage. Strong affinity for systems, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation. Fluency in English. Additional Notes No relocation support is provided for this role.
