About the Team The TikTok Shop US Operations team is responsible for building a scalable and data-driven fulfillment network to support the continued growth of TikTok Shop in the U.S. The team works closely with fulfillment centers (FCs), third-party logistics providers (3PLs), Product, and Supply Chain teams to monitor operational performance, identify risks, and continuously improve fulfillment quality and efficiency.
As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities - Support the development and optimization of hourly-level monitoring systems for 3PL fulfillment operations, tracking operational progress and identifying potential risks and bottlenecks across FCs. - Analyze fulfillment quality metrics, including missing, damaged, and wrong orders, and assist with root cause analysis and improvement tracking. - Analyze historical operational data to identify capacity and performance risks and support readiness planning for peak seasons such as BFCM. - Assist in developing operational dashboards and proactive alert mechanisms across capacity, quality, backlog, and SLA performance. - Support data analysis and operational validation for new processes, SOPs, and system launches across the FC network. - Prepare daily and weekly operational reports, exception analyses, and data insights to support regional operations and business reviews. - Collaborate with Operations, 3PL partners, Product, and other cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable operational improvements.
