Join Allstate’s Litigation Services team as a Paralegal Specialist, where your contributions will be essential to delivering strong legal outcomes and exceptional service to our clients. Based in Dallas, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on high-impact insurance defense cases involving bodily injury claims. You'll take ownership of the litigation life cycle — from answering complaints and managing discovery, to preparing for arbitration and trial. Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation  Draft and file pleadings, respond to discovery, and support motion practice  Order and track medical records; coordinate expert review and disclosures  Prepare arbitration and trial materials, including jury instructions when applicable  Handle e-filing in McAllen County and other Texas courts  Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely service and compliance  Collaborate with attorneys and other paralegals to maintain organized, high-quality case files   Education    Must meet the minimum qualifications for paralegals as defined by applicable state law.
