Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role Focus on the future: You work on post-silicon verification and validation of the latest automotive devices, in particular gate drivers for electronic load switches based on Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors (MOSFETs), in electric and conventional cars Thorough planning: You use automated lab equipment, create test plans, execute them, and verify results together with verification engineers Teamwork is dreamwork: You support and work with the team on component verification and system validation activities Be creative: You bring an automated short-circuit measurement setup for high-current Protected Field-Effect Transistors (PROFETs) up to date Organizational Talent: You support lab activities, including 3D printing Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Study Field: You are enrolled in a degree in microelectronics, electrical engineering, physics, or a related subject Experience: You already gained knowledge in programming Way of working: You enjoy working in an international environment and are eager to learn new things Skills: You have basic electronics skills and basic knowledge of measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, waveform generators, or source meters Language Skills: You speak German, or you speak English and have a basic understanding of German Please attach the following documents to your application: • CV in English • Certificate of enrollment at university • Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months) • High school report Important information: • Working part-time : The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome : To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave.
