Responsibilities Lead end-to-end AMS service delivery for Workday applications. Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, and escalations. Monitor and ensure SLA and KPI compliance. Conduct service reviews and governance meetings with stakeholders. Coordinate release, change, and enhancement activities. Manage customer expectations and service improvements. Drive operational excellence and process optimization. Provide leadership to onsite and offshore support teams. Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of experience in Workday support, AMS, or HR Technology services. Strong experience in Workday AMS and service delivery management . Hands-on expertise across key Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Learning, Time Tracking, Security, and Integrations/Studio . Strong understanding of Workday support processes, configurations, and issue resolution . Experience working within ITIL-based support and service management frameworks . Proven experience managing global support teams and stakeholder relationships . Strong expertise in SLA/KPI management, service governance, and continuous improvement . Experience leading transitions, knowledge transfer, stabilization activities, and executive-level communications . Preferred Certifications Workday Certification(s) in relevant moules. ITIL Foundation Certification. Agile/Scrum certification (preferred).
