We are looking for an exceptional Media Operations Trainee based in Stabio, Switzerland. As Media Operations Trainee you will join the Timberland EMEA Marketing team and support the execution of integrated brand media, performance marketing, paid social, and SEO activities across multiple markets, with a strong focus on social media and SEO. You will work closely with Media, Performance, Organic Social, eCommerce, Brand, and SEO teams, as well as external agencies, creators, and media partners having broad exposure to the end-to-end marketing ecosystem. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Media Operations Trainee Support the operational execution of multi-channel, multi-platform, and multi-market campaigns. Coordinate briefs, technical specifications, asset delivery, and revision rounds with creative and media agencies, as well as media partners and suggest regional and local opportunities for the brand. Support the development of social-first content and coordinate content production with creators. Work closely with the Social Media team to brief content for paid campaigns and identify cross-functional opportunities. Partner with the eCommerce team to support campaign activation in line with business priorities and commercial goals. Contribute to the execution of the SEO and content roadmap, supporting brand visibility across search, social, and AI-driven discovery environments. Prepare presentations, marketing updates, and campaign reports. Skills that will make you succeed: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Audiovisual, or a related field. Previous internship or first experience in marketing, media, social, or project coordination is a plus. Good understanding and genuine interest for social media, Ai, brand and consumer journeys. Strong organizational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously. Curious, proactive, hands-on, and comfortable following up to keep projects moving forward. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Good analytical skills. Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
