We create innovative products and experiences that inspire fans, entertain audiences and develop children through play. Mattel is at its best when every member of our team feels respected, included, and heard—when everyone can show up as themselves and do their best work every day. We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers. WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE We believe the best ideas emerge when everyone can be their authentic self. We value different perspectives, bold thinking, and genuine diversity. We want you to feel seen and heard and to bring your own unique creative energy to the table. FUN FACT Chances are, you grew up with Mattel too – whether it was Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher-Price, or an epic game of UNO. You will analyze the performance of your activities – both digitally at your desk and on-site through store checks. You will be involved in presenting our latest products and innovations to customers. You will think beyond your immediate responsibilities and work closely with our Supply Chain team to support the tracking of delivery performance. You will have the opportunity to attend the world’s largest toy fair in Nuremberg. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
