In this role, you will partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to help drive our pricing strategy and ensure the success of our products. You will be at the forefront of our market research efforts, leveraging data and insights to support high-impact strategic projects. As a key member of our Pricing team, you will report directly to the Pricing Lead and use your superior data analysis skills to inform and influence our pricing decisions. You will help shape the direction of our pricing strategy and contribute to the overall success of the company. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about pricing, enjoys working collaboratively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment In This Role, You Will: Manage pricing projects end-to-end Conduct data analysis, develop pricing models and produce insights to drive pricing strategies Conduct research and perform competitive pricing analyses Work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing to understand product value drivers and fit within overall business strategy Prepare and deliver presentations to Sr. Executives with findings and recommendations Systematically review internal data to identify areas of opportunity in pricing Here's What You Need: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field 8 - 12 years of relevant work experience Experience in Management Consulting a strong plus MBA degree is also a strong plus Strong analytical, financial modeling, and structured problem-solving skills – you can help the company make informed decisions based on solid data analysis Knowledge of pricing and packaging strategy, segmentation, discounting frameworks, add- on pricing and pricing simplification Excellent interpersonal communication – both verbal and written; able to breakdown complex issues into easy-to-understand messages Ability to build partnerships, collaborate, and influence senior stakeholders Excellent project management and organizational skills – can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail Grit, perseverance, and agility – Cvent moves pretty fast,
