We're looking for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse with a background in cardiology to join the highly specialised team at The Harley Street Clinic, rated "Outstanding" by the CQC. Our Cardiology Department provides a wide range of non-invasive cardiac investigations including electrocardiograms (ECGs), echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, bubble studies, exercise tolerance tests and ambulatory cardiac monitoring. Working alongside leading cardiologists and a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in supporting patients through every stage of their diagnostic and treatment journey while continuing to develop your specialist knowledge and leadership skills. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you'll provide expert nursing care across a varied caseload and support the day-to-day running of the department. You'll undertake cardiac investigations, administer medications, monitor patients throughout procedures, provide education and reassurance, and act as a clinical role model for junior colleagues. In the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse, you'll help coordinate the unit to ensure safe, effective and responsive care for every patient. At HCA UK we care about what you care about. NMC Registered Nurse Recent cardiology nursing experience is essential, with experience working within a cardiac outpatient, diagnostic or non-invasive cardiology setting Confidence supporting and monitoring patients undergoing a range of cardiac investigations and procedures Up to date Immediate Life Support (ILS) certification Ability to recognise and interpret cardiac rhythms is highly desirable Why HCA UK?
