Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement electrical systems for facility operations, ensuring all installations align with safety standards and regulations. Lead the adoption of AI, ML, and digital technologies to improve reliability, energy efficiency, and operational performance. Deploy AI-enabled predictive maintenance solutions for high and low-voltage electrical equipment to prevent operational failures. Apply advanced analytics and intelligent monitoring systems to analyze data from various power and energy management systems. Develop and maintain digital dashboards and visualization tools for performance monitoring and management decision-making. Support Digital Twin technologies for improved capacity planning, risk assessment, and facility expansion. Apply advanced techniques to detect anomalies and inefficiencies in electrical systems. Collaborate with IT, Automation, Data Science, and Global Facilities teams to integrate innovative solutions. Improve technical troubleshooting and operational reporting using Generative AI and engineering copilots. Implement intelligent alarm management and automated fault diagnostics to minimize downtime and improve resilience. Drive Smart Facilities initiatives through automation, predictive analytics, and data-driven strategies. Optimize preventive maintenance schedules and equipment replacement strategies using AI analytics. Plan, schedule, and manage electrical instrument services and relay calibration in compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical facilities engineering, power distribution systems, or critical infrastructure environments. Proficiency in managing high-voltage systems and electrical distribution networks. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards. Experience working with Building Management Systems and Energy Management Systems. Familiarity with renewable energy systems and power quality analysis. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Ambitious with the ability to balance dynamic priorities and work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in AutoCAD, PPT, Excel, and presentation skills. About Micron Technology, Inc.
