The Human Resources Business Partner role is based in the Greater St. Louis, Missouri area (hybrid role) . Where You'll Make a Difference Partner with business leaders and employees to drive talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives across multiple sites. Coordinate and implement Human Resources programs including performance management, talent management, learning and development, workforce planning, and organizational design. Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on Human Resources policies, practices, and employee relations matters. Lead employee relations investigations and support the resolution of workplace concerns while maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. Collaborate with Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits teams to execute people strategies aligned with business objectives. Coach leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, employee development, team performance, and workplace culture. Support organizational changes, workforce transitions, communication strategies, and change management initiatives. Ensure compliance with global and local Human Resources processes while adapting programs to meet business needs within established guidelines. Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance organizational performance and employee experience. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience across multiple Human Resources disciplines, including employee relations and talent management. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Experience influencing business leaders and driving organizational change in a matrixed environment. Ability to build trusted relationships and provide sound judgment on complex people-related matters. Experience supporting multiple locations and diverse employee populations. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels. Experience working within a shared services model; Workday experience is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. How Would You Stand Out? Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments. Professional certification such as Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional, Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional, Professional in Human Resources, or Senior Professional in Human Resources.
