Support the development, testing, and modification of software programs required for system operation. Prepare drawings, equipment schedules, and documentation for project submittals and installation. Help coordinate the ordering and tracking of materials for assigned projects. Support field teams during controller loading, commissioning activities, and system validation efforts. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system integration issues with support from senior team members. Document field changes and help maintain accurate as-built drawings and software records. Communicate project status, progress updates, and technical information to internal teams and customers. Participate in project turnover and release meetings with field teams. Collaborate across functions and value different perspectives to help the team deliver reliable results. Build technical knowledge of building automation systems, control theory, and industry best practices through hands-on project support. Maintain accurate records so drawings, software, and field changes remain current throughout the project lifecycle. What we look for Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; or Associate degree in a related technical field with relevant industry experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, or other engineering design software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
