Overview Senior Regional Marketing Manager UK & Nordics (m/f/d) United Kingdom & Nordics | Clinical Diagnostics Group (CDG) | Field About the Role Bio-Rad is looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for our Immunohematology, Quality Systems and Immunology portfolios across the UK and Nordics. In this role, you apply deep product and market expertise to develop and execute marketing plans that are tailored to UK and Nordic customers, drive sustainable growth, and align priorities with our UK and Nordics sales teams. You will work closely with your manager in the Marketing Organization, the Sales teams and Brand&MarkCom Organization to bring global strategies to life at a local level. The position is based in the United Kingdom at any location with good access to a regional office in Watford (Hertfordshire, England) with sales and back-office functions. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement annual marketing plans for the market across the 4 Ps (Product, Place, Promotion, Price) with focus on Immunohematology and Quality Systems, in line with global product marketing strategy. Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of Bio-Rad's product portfolio, applications, and the UK and Nordics diagnostics market to support Sales and Marketing. Drive sustained sales revenue growth by executing local strategies and tactics responsive to UK and Nordics market conditions and competitive dynamics; partner closely with UK and Nordics sales representatives and managers on high-potential accounts. Gather and act on market intelligence and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights from key accounts; monitor competitors and market shifts; and share insights with your manager and Global Marketing teams. Conduct localized competitive analysis (SWOT, Mekko) and identify strategic opportunities Enable the UK and Nordics sales team with global value propositions and messaging adapted to local positioning; develop marketing collateral and support field execution. Manage marketing budget, ensuring activities remain within plan and reporting on ROI. Support product launches and expansions in the UK and Nordics in collaboration with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, thought leaders, and industry influencers Willingness to travel within the UK and Nordics (up to 50%)
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred. 8+ years of experience in diagnostics marketing; experience in sales and/or application support is a plus Strategic mindset, effective communication skills and strong business insight required In-depth knowledge of Immunohematology and/or Quality Systems products, technologies, and applications Fluent English required; a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is a strong plus. Proven ability to plan and execute marketing activities that drive product adoption, with strong accountability and follow-through. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Global Marketing, and Marketing Communications teams.
