Overview

As a member of our Data Center Operations team, you play a vital role in supporting the environmental, energy and operational performance of our Dublin campus. You will help maintain a culture of compliance, continuous improvement and responsible resource management, working alongside colleagues who are committed to safe, reliable and sustainable operations.   As a Campus Environmental and Energy Program Manager, you will support the campus environmental and energy management systems and compliance program. You will coordinate document control, audit evidence, compliance actions, routine environmental monitoring and data reporting, keeping program records structured, traceable and audit-ready. You will work with campus operations, vendors, consultants and program stakeholders to prepare evidence and draft materials for review by the Senior Energy & Environmental Program Manager. Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a CO+I Energy and Environmental Program Manager, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. Responsibilities

Coordinate ISO, management-system and regulatory audits, including evidence gathering, audit schedules, action logs and corrective actions. Maintain audit-ready documentation, policies, procedures, records, training evidence and document control processes. Manage compliance trackers, Enablon actions, environmental monitoring activities and follow-up on outstanding actions. Prepare supporting documentation, evidence packs, management reviews, programme updates and compliance reports.Maintain KPI data, audit metrics, environmental datasets and reporting, ensuring data quality and audit readiness. Collaborate with Operations & Business Management teams while adhering to quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science, or related field OR equivalent experience. Experience coordinating compliance, quality, governance, audit, programme or management-system activities.  Awareness or experience of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 or another structured management system.  Background Check Requirements:  Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:  Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.   Data Center Operations
