Job Description • Lead and coach a team of 5-8+ junior and senior recruiters, located in Europe, in a mix of office set-up and remote set-up • Coordinate high-volume recruitment through rightful team allocation, monitoring & reporting on the progress • Own the adherence to all internal policies, as well as key recruitment metrics (Cost per hire, On time fill rate, , Turnaround time, Diversity hiring etc) • Promote multiple staffing channels in order to deliver maximum requirement like Direct to talent (Portals; Social Media; Job Fairs; etc.), Referrals, and external partners, while maintaining quality of hire • Provide timely and quality recruitment and selection reports • Required Skills • Ability to interact at multiple levels in the organization with internal clients, as well as with external partners • Very good understanding of the local talent pool and hiring practices • Ability to drive compliance & process adherence • Experience in leading complex recruitment project across geographies in a remote set-up is desirable • Previous experience in a similar role and environment will be an advantage • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet company hiring goals • Manage recruitment team and ensure effective coordination of recruitment activities • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly • Implement best practices in recruitment operations to enhance candidate experience and optimize recruitment outcomes • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment operations • Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations • Monitor recruitment budget and expenses to optimize costs and resource allocation Qualifications Bachelors - HR/Industrial Relations, Bachelors - Human Resource Management, Bachelors - Psychology, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Human Resource Management Certifications Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Symbiosis Instute of Distant LearningSymbiosis Instute of Distant Learning, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) - Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI)Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Required Skills Administrative Process, Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Change Management, Client Relations, Cost Management, Critical Thinking, Data Analytics, Data to Insights, Executive Presence, Hiring, Human Resources Operations, Process Standardization, Social Media, Stakeholder Management, Storytelling, Talent Acquisition, Workday Adaptive Planning Language English
