Intake Specialist Location: Lake Mary, FL Hybrid 1 : This role requires associates to be in-office   1 - 2   days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless   accommodation   is granted as required by law.   The Intake Specialist will be responsible for performing routine duties to handle incoming G&A submissions and inquiries to route to appropriate G&A Analyst teams, while adhering to compliance and regulated turnaround time standards. How you will make an impact: Receiving member or provider requests by mail or fax Reviewing and verifying content for accuracy Entering key information or missing data into system Routing file/submission to appropriate party within designated turnaround times Data Entry experience along with experience in operating basic office equipment, fax machine, copier, PC and basic software applications Minimum Requirements: Requires HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years related work experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
