As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will deliver high-quality recruitment while taking a leading role in employer branding projects that strengthen PMJ's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice. You will partner with P&C, business leaders, and external partners to translate our business and people strategy into compelling talent stories, campaigns, events, and experiences. Through insights, creative execution, and strong project management, you will attract diverse talent, build priority talent pipelines, and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Accountabilities
Full Cycle Recruitment
• Partner with key stakeholders to advise on the local talent landscape, candidate attraction methods, hiring requirements, interview process design, offer negotiations, and onboarding for mid-career hiring. Ensure hiring quality by minimizing mismatches and delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, while driving key metrics such as reduced hiring costs, decreased time-to-fill, and alignment with annual hiring plans.
• Candidate Pipelining & Sourcing: Identify and utilize the most effective sourcing channels for each recruitment process. Maximize direct sourcing efforts to identify high-potential candidates and maintain a robust talent pipeline that enables informed hiring decisions.
• Recruitment Process Management: Ensure candidates and hiring managers have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process by providing clarity on expectations, outcomes, and timelines. Serve as a trusted talent partner and subject matter expert, delivering talent market insights to support decision-making.
• Offers & Onboarding: Ensure candidates experience a seamless offer and onboarding process through close coordination with relevant teams.
• Operations & Reporting: Leverage ATS platforms and other tools to ensure data governance and compliance throughout the recruitment process. Provide accurate and timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.
Employer Branding Projects & Strategic Initiatives
• Employer Branding Strategy & Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end employer branding projects aligned with local P&C priorities, business needs, and Global Talent Acquisition strategy. Define project scope, objectives, target audiences, timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and success metrics.
• Events, Partnerships & Talent Programs: Plan and execute employer branding events, external partnerships, speaking engagements, and talent community initiatives. Drive and/or support programs such as Early Careers, Disability Hiring, the Commercial Leadership Program (CLP), and the Corporate Affairs Leadership Program (CALP).
