We’re looking for a Project Manager, Distribution Services - 12 Month Contract to play a key role in driving impactful projects across TJX Canada Distribution Centers. Discover innovative amenities at our eco-friendly corporate office, along with the flexibility and balance of our hybrid work model What You’ll Do: Lead the planning and execution of medium to large-scale Distribution Services projects, developing clear project plans that define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success measures. Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that support operational goals, drive business value, and achieve measurable return on investment (ROI). Develop business cases, conduct research and analysis, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making and prioritization of Distribution Services initiatives. Translate business needs into actionable project requirements by evaluating processes, documenting technical and system requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Manage all aspects of project delivery, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, risk management, issue resolution, change control, and project closeout activities. Design and implement process improvements by developing process maps, business requirements, and training materials that support operational excellence and user adoption. Monitor project performance and communicate progress to stakeholders, ensuring risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and decisions are proactively managed and clearly reported. Establish and apply project governance standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective project execution across Distribution Services.  Ensure project solutions comply with TJX privacy, security, regulatory, and compliance requirements while meeting business and operational needs. Stay current on industry trends, supply chain and distribution center practices, and project management methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Stays informed about industry trends, developments on Distribution Centre and Supply Chain practices, and advancements in project management methodologies; leverage knowledge to drive continuous improvement and best practices within the organization.
