What we offer you: Your schedule: Week 1: work Mon – Tue, off Wed – Thurs, work Fri- Sat- Sun Week 2: off Mon – Tue, work Wed – Thurs, off Fri – Sat – Sun 12-hour shift Weekly pay No mandatory overtime Predictable schedules Voluntary OT with attendance incentives Long‑tenured workforce (20–30+ years) Stable leadership and consistent manufacturing work Clean, safe, climate‑controlled environment Pay Rate $17.29-$17.93 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 per hour for night shift Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401k with company match Paid time off and wellness program Ongoing training and career development opportunities Steel shoe reimbursement ($175) after 60 days What you'll do: Assemble boxes, insert bags and apply appropriate labels specific to product being packaged Assemble Gaylords, insert bags, and move products to appropriate location in the warehouse Opens and dumps product into hopper and returns carton to production line.                                                                                                                                                                                                      Ensure cartons and bags are closed properly before moving to carton sealer.                                                                                                                                                                                                        Keep work area clean and organized.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Follow all safety procedures.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials
