What you’ll do…
• Commission Calculations
• Calculate and validate sales commission payments accurately and on time.
• Review commission data to ensure compliance with company policies and compensation plans.
• Data Analysis
• Analyze sales and commission data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Verify the accuracy of sales reports and supporting data.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve commission-related queries and issues.
• Ensure timely processing and payment of commissions.
• Reporting & Insights
• Prepare regular commission reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Communicate key findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to streamline commission processes and reporting.
• Support automation and efficiency initiatives using Excel and other tools.
• Ownership & Accountability
• Develop a strong understanding of commission plans, calculations, and reporting processes.
• Take ownership of assigned processes and proactively resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
• Deadline Management
• Manage multiple tasks and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Follow up with stakeholders to obtain required inputs and keep activities on track.
• Proactively identify risks to deadlines and implement solutions to meet commitments.
Who you are
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Reporting, or Data Analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced
