Standard Job Description The candidate will be responsible for developing production‑operation estimates for TINA/FAR‑compliant proposals and Cost Management for development contracts. This role involves but not limited to: Analyzing historical actuals and applying learning‑curve techniques. Building and maintaining cost models and conducting trend analysis to forecast future production lot estimates. Preparing a clear basis‑of‑estimate (BOE) rationale to support each estimate. Completing monthly estimate-at-complete (EAC) assessments and earned value analysis. Presenting data and findings to Production Operations leadership. Basic Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Finance-related field or similar. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. - Experience creating labor estimates and learning curve application. - Ability to obtain a security clearance. Desired Skills - Experience using SAP ERP system. - Experience with FAR proposals and creation of BOEs (Basis of Estimate). - CAM (Control Account Manager) certified or experience in EAC development. - Experience or education in manufacturing. - Experience in data analytics and/or creating tableau dashboards.
