Sales Leader Reliability

Join our Iberia Systems and Software Solutions team as an Outside Sales Engineer, where you’ll lead strategic sales efforts for our Machinery Health Management Protection portfolio across Spain. This strategic role is focused on driving new business growth for the Machinery Health Management (MHM) Protection portfolio in Spain, within the Iberia region. The primary objective is to proactively identify, develop and win new projects and modernization opportunities across existing and new customers. While strong customer relationships are essential for this role, the focus is on new business and converting leads into tangible wins. The MHM Protection Sales will closely work with the Account Sales team, who are responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with our customers. This role complements their efforts by focusing on project-based selling, opportunity creation, and strategic pursuit of growth initiatives.
